How was this report built?

The self-assessment survey and the manager report were built using a combination of expert knowledge in behavioural science and research-based best practices. At Rythmik, we have leveraged 3 years of in-depth knowledge and research on the future of work and hybrid ways of working to build this tool. We also have put in place extensive user testing and validation steps prior to launching the tool. Ongoing monitoring and quality assurance measures also help us to remove any biases from the assessment.

How long does it take to complete the self-assessment survey?

On average, it takes between 10 and 15 minutes to complete.

How do you use my answers to the self-assessment survey?

We use the data collected from the self-assessment survey to generate insights and scores in the manager report, based on our in-depth experience and research. We also use the data we collect to conduct research and to improve our products and services.

Can I show my report to others?

Yes, you are free to show the report to others. However, remember that this report is intended for personal use. Only you are able to access it online through your Rythmik account.

Can you tailor the manager report to meet specific organisation’s needs?

Yes, we offer the ability to tailor certain demographic questions, as well as the ability to see a roll-up analytics dashboard in accordance with data privacy rules. Contact us.

Can I take the survey again? How often should I take it?
